Policies and Guidelines


Thank you for considering us at a’ Bravo for your catering needs, we pride ourselves on having fresh and healthy menu selection. And we all want to thank you for taking the time to look through our menu.


Our off –site catering can accommodate up to 50 guests, however if you have more feel free to contacts us so we can do our best to make it work for you. Our menu has been newly created and if you don’t see something you are looking for please let us know and our Chef team can work with you to accommodate your need.



  1. Events are booked at first come, first serve basis

  2. Our Chefs will create your meal the day of event to provide the freshest product.

  3. We will provide a tasting if requested for up 4 people. Not all items will be available based upon freshness and availability. Please contact our Chef to discuss planning your event.

  4. Guests secured credit card information or deposit must be on file to finalize booking process

  5. A delivery fee may be required for off-site events. This figure will be determined by the distance from the restaurant, equipment required and level of service needed.

  6. A 5% sales tax will be added to the final total of all items.

  7. Final food and beverage menus must be received 10 days prior to your event. Any changes can result in an additional fee. Guaranteed guest count must be received 72 hours prior to your event. Guest agrees that unless a’ Bravo is notified 72 hours prior to the event, that the actual number of guests on the day of event is less than the number guaranteed, you will be charged for the guaranteed number and menu items. 

  8. Buffet food items provided by a’ Bravo will not be allowed to be packaged and taken off premise due to food safety regulations.

  9. Service staff can be provided for events. A 20% gratuity will be added to all checks associated with service staff. Allow 14 days notice of any service staff needed prior to the event. An additional hourly charge (up to $17.00 an hour) may be charged depending on staff needed.

  10. a’ Bravo staff members are contracted for service of a’ Bravo food and beverage only. Under no circumstances will our staff be required to serve, handle, set-up or move items that are not provided by a’ Bravo.

  11. a’ Bravo staff members may require us of kitchen equipment if available at the venue.

  12. All events will have a pre-determined start and end time. 

  13. All wares will be discussed varying upon needs of the guests at time of booking.

  14. Final billing will be based on the guaranteed guest count provided at final confirmation unless the guest count increases.
